Israeli Navy Arrival Report - Template.

This report must be sent by the vessel/master to the Israeli Navy + HML (by facsimile or E. Mail) under copy in the following manner:

48 Hours prior arrival

(preliminary report even if vessel is at loading/discharging port).

and

100 N. Miles from Israeli shore.

Israeli Navy Crew List - Template.

This crew list must be sent together with the arrival report by the vessel/master to the Israeli Navy + HML (by facsimile or E. Mail) under copy in the following manner:

48 Hours prior arrival

and

100 N. Miles from Israeli shore.

Maritime Declaration of Health - 2008 Template.

This report must be sent to HML 24 hours prior arrival Israeli port, in order to get Free Pratique.
